We work to nationally recognised standards and achieve very high professional standards, to which the whole team is committed.
If you require an emergency appointment, please telephone as soon as possible after 8.30 am and we will make every effort to see you as soon as we can. Outside of normal surgery hours, please ring the practice on the same number 01789 772 897 and you will hear details of the out-of-hours service.
Our ground floor premises are accessible to the disabled and those in wheelchairs, as are the toilet facilities.
We will always show respect for our patients and their rights and will seek to fulfil their wishes, including being able to express a preference of practitioner.
We would also ask that you show respect for all members of the team at Bidford Dental Practice. If patients are violent or abusive to anyone whilst on the Practice premises, they can expect the police to be called and to be removed from the premises. They may also be removed from the Practice list.
